Our 7-Day Coverage

We back every Kova product with a 7-day coverage window. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of receiving your order, contact us for a full refund. No forms, no conditions.

How to Request a Return

Email support@kovabody.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Item Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products with damage beyond normal use may not qualify for a full refund.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
