These Terms of Service govern your use of kovabody.com and your purchase of Kova products. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Products

Kova sells wellness and recovery tools including the Kova Fascia Ring and Kova Yoga Circle. All products are for general personal use by adults. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and subject to change. The price shown at checkout is the final price for your order.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or older and that all information provided is accurate. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel within 24 hours of placing an order by emailing support@kovabody.com. Orders already shipped may be returned under our Return Policy.

Product Use

Use Kova products as directed. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition or injury. Discontinue use if you experience discomfort.

Limitation of Liability

Kova's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
